Tunnel B1 from Acclaim (originally from Ocean) combines a first-person Doom perspective with WipeOut-like hovercraft and Alien Trilogy's dark, claustrophobic tunnels.

Tunnel B1, which hit store shelves last month, rated a stellar 92 percent in the December 1996 issue of PS Extreme. Off called it a "unique mixture of tight gameplay (which involves shooting, driving and puzzle-solving) and stunning special effects -- the likes of which I have not seen on the PlayStation." Off summarized stating, "It's a great game visually, aurally and intellectually, and one you should definitely check out. This will be one of my personal favorites for '96, no doubt."

ACCLAIM SENDS GAMERS INTO ORBIT WITH NEW 'SPACE JAM' INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT SOFTWARE; Based On Warner Bros.' Holiday Release Starring Bugs Bunny Characters And Michael Jordan.

Play in awesome action levels: battle the ``Monstars'' - evil aliens who have armed themselves with the talents of various NBA superstars - through multiple levels including the Trophy Room, the Locker Room, Space Race and others.

Teaming up with the likes of Bugs, Daffy Duck, the Tasmanian Devil Tasmanian devil, extremely voracious marsupial, or pouched mammal, of the dasyure family, now found only on the island of Tasmania. The Tasmanian devil, Sarcophilus harrisi, formerly found also in Australia, is about 2 ft (60 cm) long, excluding the 12-in. , Lola Bunny, Taz, Elmer Fudd and Michael (Air) Jordan, gamers will need to deliver nothing less than ``net'' as they take on the ``Monstars.'' Featuring special dunks and defensive moves, multiple high-action levels, bonus power-ups and rounds, and many other surprises, the Space Jam video game will provide all the nonstop fun of the film and more.

Good points, bad points: By teaming two of the world's most popular icons in Space Jam, Warner Bros. has created a unique property that will enthrall fans who grew up with Bugs and the gang. Excellent graphics for an animated game, but what truly makes this enjoyable is the game play, which is clearly made for kids 6-12
The verdict: I would, I would, I'd recommend this game even to a Puddy Tat!
